Cancellation Policy
- • 7+ days before arrival: Full refund minus 10,000 XAF processing fee
- • 3–6 days before: 50% refund
- • 0–2 days before: No refund (deposit forfeited)
Alternative: Reschedule within 6 months with no penalty
Payment
- • 50% deposit of total stay to confirm booking
- • Balance due on arrival
- • All displayed rates include taxes and fees
House Rules
- • No smoking indoors
- • No parties or events
- • Maximum occupancy: 2 guests (3 upon request)
- • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
- • Pets: Not allowed
Damage Policy
Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Itemized billing if needed.
Personal Belongings
Items lost or forgotten on the premises remain the guest's responsibility. Vita Resort accepts no liability for personal belongings left unattended in the suite or common areas.
Health & Safety
Vita Resort maintains a high prevention standard: UV mosquito traps, double mosquito netting, filtered water, 45 kWh autonomous power, electrified perimeter, 24/7 cameras. Our records show zero major health incidents over the past twelve months.
No environment, however, can guarantee the complete absence of biological, climatic, or material risk. The guest acknowledges that:
- • Vita Resort accepts no liability for individual reactions to insect bites, allergens, atmospheric conditions, or other factors specific to Cameroon's tropical zone.
- • Any specific sensitivity (allergies, reduced mobility, ongoing medical treatment) must be disclosed before arrival so that adapted measures can be taken. Our team requests this information when confirming the stay.
- • Falls, injuries, or discomfort occurring within the resort premises fall under the guest's responsibility unless they result from a demonstrated maintenance failure.

Force Majeure
Vita Resort accepts no liability for interruptions or inconveniences resulting from events beyond its control: prolonged network outages, exceptional weather, civil unrest, public health restrictions imposed by authorities, or third-party failures. Our infrastructure (solar, battery, fibre + Starlink) is designed to minimize these risks, without being able to eliminate them entirely.
ID Requirement
Valid ID requested at check-in (soft enforcement).
Privacy
Guest data is handled per Cameroon privacy standards. No sharing of personal information.
